All financial discussions and arrangements are kept strictly confidential.

*Periodontal scaling and root planing not included in free cleanings but they are subject to the 50% discount
Have Dental Insurance?
Most insurance plans are accepted. If you are covered by a dental insurance plan, we will gladly file your insurance forms for you with a request to have the benefits assigned to the office. If you are responsible for a co-payment, we require that this be paid when treatment begins. Financing options may be available.
All insurance plans we work with must be PPO (we do not work with DMO, DHMO’s).
